| Attach the Controller Unit to the Electrode Pad. | Remove the plastic film from the Electrode Pad and place on your body as per safety guidance |
| POWER ON | CHANGE POWER |

| Hold the 'F' icon for 2 seconds until you hear a beep. A green LED and a flashing '1' will show. Once the massager is ready a solid '0' will show. | To start press the up arrow on the left of the power button. You can increase the power all the way to level 9. To reduce the power all the way back to level 0 use the down arrow on the right of the power button. |

| To change massage mode press the 'F' icon; the speed will reset to '0'. You are then able to set the power level from 1 - 9 as you wish. To change between the 7 modes simply hit the 'F' again. | Your Flow Tens will automatically turn off after 15 minutes of massage. Alternatively you can press down on the power button for 2 seconds. To increase the life span of your Electrode Pad, place on station when not in use. |
