Remove the device carefully from the box. Your Nano will already have the Ball Flow Head™ fitted. There is no need to remove it for heat treatment |

To activate heat, double-click the large power button at the bottom of the device within half a second. Clicking again will activate the various levels. Apply the thermal heat plate to the desired body part at the required temperature, and apply pressure as needed. Cycle through the levels or hold down the power button to switch off when finished.
Safety Tip - the thermal heat plate will take approximately 30 seconds - 1 minute to cool down. |

| Click the large power button twice, and the device will start to warm up to our first level, Low - 38°C | 100°F | |
| Click again for level two, Medium - 42°C | 108°F | |
| Click once more for MAXIMUM heating at level three, High - 46°C | 114°F | |

To switch off the heat, click and hold then your device will start to cool down. There is no need to do anything else, as Nano will auto-sleep after 5 minutes of non-use. To wake up, simply press the power button.
To start massage again, you may double-click instead of powering down. |
