Remove the device, Flow Heads™ and battery from the box. Align the battery with the battery housing, and carefully press home until you hear an audible - 'click'. |

With the device off, fully insert the required Flow head by pushing it into the socket. Do not operate the device without a Flow Head™. |

To turn the device on, press the large power button in the centre of the control panel. Pressing again will activate the various modes (see opposite). Massage desired body part at the required speed and apply pressure as needed. Cycle though the modes to switch off when finished. |
| Do not remove the battery while the device is on. To remove the battery lightly squeeze the battery release grips with thumb and forefingers, and firmly pull the battery out. | |
