NOT FOR CHILDREN: Flow devices are not designed for the use of children. Close attention is important when used by or near children. The devices can not be used as a toy. Those aged 14 years and above or persons with reduced physical, sensory or reasoning capabilities should only use this device once they have received supervision or instruction by a responsible person who has demonstrated the use of the device.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS: Before undertaking a flow massage gun please first obtain approval from your doctor if any of the following apply; pregnancy, diabetes with complications such as neuropathy or retinal damage, peripheral neuropathy, wearing of pacemakers, recent surgery, epilepsy or migraines, herniated disks, spondylolisthesis, spondylolysis, or spondylosis, recent joint replacements or IUDs, metal pins or plates or any other concerns about your physical health.

USE ONLY AS INSTRUCTED: In the instruction manual given with your Flow device; it is outlined how to use our product. Do not use any alternative attachments on your Flow and do not use the device in any other mismatched methods. The device should not be used for any other purpose than personal massage. Do not use this device on your head or near your genitals.

DO NOT GET DEVICE WET: Never submerge the device with water or other liquids. Do not handle the A/C charger or device with wet hands.

DO NOT BLOCK VENTILATION PORTS: Do not insert objects or obstructions in the motor ventilation ports. Do not allow dust to build up in vent ports or anything which may reduce airflow. If the vent is blocked, do not use the device.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DISASSEMBLE OR REPAIR DEVICE: Disassembling or repairing the device increases the risk of an electric shock, explosion, fire and exposure to a battery leakage.
